Return & Exchange Policy
Is there any defect with our product? We promise full refund for the item.
If you have any problems with your order, or if you come across any defects, we’ll be happy to exchange the product or refund the amount. Please return the product within 30 days of receipt.
Don’t accept the product from courier if the package is tampered, once you received the product please open and check in front of courier person whether it contains the product or not, if you received the empty package please call immediately our customer support and don’t accept the courier we will coordinate with courier to refund.
We need the original packaging to be intact. Returned items in marked or damaged boxes may be refused by the courier partner or our warehouse. To avoid this, place your return item in a box or wrap it to ensure its safety during the shipping process. We apologize for any inconvenience.
You can initiate the returns by logging into your iCare Service Account.
Raising the return request
Log into your account.
Go to My orders
Click on ‘Return’ against the item you wish to return.
Fill in the details and raise a return request by clicking on submit button.
You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated.
Reverse pick up will be done from our side wherever feasible. In the extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area.
A maximum amount of Rs.150 would be reimbursed towards the shipping cost in the form of iCare Credits.
Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will refund the money as per your preferred choice.
For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take up to 2-7 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank).
Please note that limited period offers which run for a specific period or product specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order.
Free Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
Terms and Conditions for Returns
iCare Service will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.
No returns on tempered glass.
Refund will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse.
You can return either complete order or some items from the same order.
Please pack the products properly and paste/write the return Id on the packet.
Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing over to courier partners.
Please use separate packets for items from separate orders.
iCare Service follows a 30 days return policy. You can return the product within 30 days of delivery.
We don’t allow anyone to misuse the return policy. Several customers want to abuse the return policy by sending their old broken items back to us.
To avoid such issues, you will need to send a photo or video of the actual problem depending on the situation before we authorize the return. You can send a message to our Whatsapp Support number 8675001122. Any genuine customer having a valid reason will never have any issues with this policy. This policy is to curb customers who try to cheat us using different tactics.
If you have placed an order and need to cancel it for any reason, please contact us immediately so we can stop the order from being processed and dispatched. All cancellations will incur a 10% or 100 cancellation fee, whichever is greater, to cover transaction fees. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled. Please contact customer service for an RMA request if the order you wished to cancel was dispatched.
